Senior Digital Designer

As a Senior Digital Designer at Position Interactive, you’re a rock, you know your stuff, you eat pixels for lunch, you nail your deadlines and constantly impress with your ideas. You love solving problems for clients.  You embrace constraints as tools to focus your creative energy. You are a team player and are willing to jump into any stage of a project, but also don’t mind handing off your work for someone else to finish. You welcome a good critique and are adept at taking and giving design direction and feedback. You are driven to create.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of professional design experience
  • 4+ year design degree
  • Available to work 40 hours a week
  • Talent & good attitude
  • Solid design fundamentals, analytical skills, and an excellent eye for detail
  • Highly experienced with complex, custom web design
  • An understanding of user experience principles
  • Experience designing for a variety of devices
  • Mad Adobe suite skills, especially XD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong time management skills—you don’t believe in missing deadlines
  • Work in our Sacramento headquarters (when it's safe again to do so)

  • Researching, brainstorming, sketching, wireframing, concepting, designing, prototyping and production
  • Creating strategic & empathetic solutions
